The name of our face mask was inspired by ancient Egyptian lore.
The Ancient Egyptians worshipped felines and considered them divine creatures. Ancient lore in Egypt told the story of the sun god, Ra, who took the shape of a cat when he visited the underworld. Here he gave birth to 8 other major gods, unifying 9 lives into 1. This lore is told as the origination of the saying "Cats have 9 lives". This idea of cats having multiple lives is seen throughout various cultures and myths. 
 
And just like the cat, our skin lives many lives throughout our one lifetime. The skin regenerates itself approximately every 27 days. For the most part, our skin can take care of itself. Although, from time to time, the skin craves extra support due to environmental conditions, hormones, diet, and other lifestyle factors.

Recommended Use: 1-2x week or as a spot treatment. Mix 1 tsp of powder with your choice of purified water, honey, or apple cider vinegar. Start by adding the liquid drop by drop until you reach the desired consistency (no powder left, but not too runny that it doesn't stick well to your skin). 
 
Leave on until the mask starts to dry, then wash off gently with warm water. Follow with your favorite oil or moisturizer.
